Shipping Policy

We want your matcha to arrive fresh and fast. Here's what you can expect when you place an order with Mountain View Matcha.

Our Suppliers

We work with multiple trusted suppliers to bring you the best matcha and tea accessories. Some items ship directly from our supplier partners, which means your order may arrive in separate packages. Rest assured, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Perishable goods (such as matcha powder) cannot be returned once opened

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at mountainviewmatcha@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
